Terms of Service

Last updated: April 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ninichoco ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ninichoco is a free, open-source tool that generates Windows installer scripts using WinGet and Chocolatey package managers. The Service does not install software directly — it generates scripts that you review and run on your own machine.

3. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ninichoco, its authors, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or generated scripts. You are solely responsible for reviewing and executing any scripts generated by the Service.

5. User Responsibilities

6. Third-Party Software

The Service generates scripts that install software from third-party repositories (WinGet and Chocolatey). Ninichoco does not own, control, or endorse any third-party software. Each application installed is subject to its own license agreement and terms of use.

7. Intellectual Property

Ninichoco is an independent, open-source project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Microsoft, Ninite, or Chocolatey Software, Inc. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
